In 1999, Flagship Construction was founded by partners Hal Dixon, Stan Parker, and Dave Runyon. From the beginning, their business philosophy has been simple...to build quality single family homes in the area's most desirable locations.

As local residents, they take very seriously the responsibility of contributing to the community and realize that the homes and neighborhoods they create today will be a lasting legacy for the community. They also realize they are not merely building homes but creating new friends and neighbors in the process.
